A few things to try:
- Pull the fuel pump fuse. Take out the plugs and run the starter a few times to try to ventilate the gas out of the cylinders. Put the fuse back in when you're ready to fire it up again.
- Are the spark plugs gapped properly? How old are the plugs? I had a situation several years ago like yours. I tried cleaning the plugs, baking them to dry then, filing the electrodes, and it wouldn't start with any of that effort. I put new spark plugs in and it fired right up. Sometimes a conductive coating builds up on the porcelains.
- It's possible that the fuel pressure regulator has given up the ghost. Just for the heck of it, check the hose that runs from the intake manifold to the top of the FPR and see if there's gas in it.
