Does the fuse blow when the sunroof switch is pushed, or just when a window switch is pressed. If fuse blows with both switches, I would suspect a short in the wiring between the fusebox and the connector where the wiring splits to the two switches. To track this down, you will have to unscrew the fuse panel and pull it up to check the wiring under the panel and then follow the wiring through the 152 bulkhead connectors to the console switches. Depending on how far you have to go, you may need to pull the dash instrument panel, instrument cluster, knee bolster and maybe even the dash to get to the problem. this is a tedious job, at least not dirty.
If both window switches blow the fuse but not the sunroof switch, I would start at the console window switch and work your way up the hot leads to find a bad section of insulation. There is an outsice chanc that the wiring is shot ahead of both door jambs...see below.
If only one window switch blows the fuse, you might be very lucky. I would first check the wiring. Open hood and locate 2 wire connector just ahead of door jamb. These wires frequently suffer from insulation rot and could easily short together against another ground.
Inspect wiring where it passes through door grommet for chafing.
