That's a tough one, because I have the same car and same or better condition (minus roof- but that's easy). Personally I would be asking more, but I also have 3K in audio- that I would pull and replce with Clarion if the buyer wasn't willing to meet somewhere.
Stuff like- complete records, a real Saab nut, a CE, mint condition are worth something. Not on the auction block, but to us (the consumer). I've always paid a bit more for something I really wanted. I recently picked up an 1989 SPG that was technically worth $1700ish, but I setteled on $2200 because of the condition and the fact that they don't come around that often in such a good one. Parting with the $500 is a no brainer when you consider what I WON'T be replacing, etc...
On that car- fill the gas tank to the top! See if it leaks. I swear 5-6 posts on this car and gas tanks (mine included).
