Same as my 85, 8v n/a
The electric cold start injector just gives you enough gas for a couple of seconds of starting/run. Looking at my factory shop manual, I would guess the line pressure regulator spring (on the side of the distributor) may be broken or the modulator valve electric coil is burnt out. I can't see the warm up regulator as being the problem. If failed it would give you more gas injection or nomimal gas injection...but at least gas injection. So I would say line pressure regulator spring or modulating valve.....
