For '89 and later replacement 5-speed transmissions, the primary gear ratio (which is what determines the MPH per RPM, because the transmissions are identical, otherwise) is the same between the non-Turbo and Turbo C900s.
The picture from the Townsend Imports page and the Twinsaabs.com page are both handy references.
As an example, the transmission for an '89/90 N/A has a GM45712 number, so it has a solid front motor mount and a 0.78 final drive ratio (determined in part by the input and output gear.)
The transmission for an '89 Turbo is GM55704, so it has a hydraulic front motor mount, but also has the same 0.78 final drive ratio.
I picked up a 5-speed from a '92 N/A as a replacement for my SPG transmission. The number is GM45714, so it has the sould front motor mount, but has the same 0.78 final drive ratio.
If you get one from an '88 or earlier N/A, the output ratio is 0.84.
