There are three white plastic "Collets" that snap onto the ball-ended
adjustment screws. They wear and loose their grip, causing the headlamp
to flop around. I believe they are a dealer only item, but at least they're cheap.
To replace, bust the old one's out with screwdriver and needle nose pliers. The new one's just press/snap in. You must remove the black
adjuster frame, place it on the reflector and press on the ball head screws only. If you try to press the reflector in from the front, you will likely damage the screw mount in the frame, rendering it useless.

Clean the rust off the ball-heads and polish with steel wool/emory paper to minimize future wear on the plastic collet.Put a dollop of heavy grease on ball before reassembly.
