I'd suggest you buy a decent torque wrench

>But which hoses do I need to replace?
Realistically you should replace all hoses you unclamp. This may not be pleasant, but newer hoses are much less likely to bursh on a lung road-trip, 150 miles from home (this happened to the clutch hose on an old car I had...)
>What are there names so I can order them?
All of the site sponsors have diagrams for you to look at. buy new versions of every hose that connects to the waterpump.
>I still need to order one of the gaskets, and hoses, and anything else?
locktite, anti-seize, gasket remover, new coolant - while you're at it you might as well replace the alternator-waterpump belts.
>Also, what about tools?
I'd suggest you buy a decent torque wrench - it gives you peace of mind when you're driving around the next day. The "Needle" style can be had at sears for as little as $30.
>How should I properly tension the belts when I put them on?
I just tightened the alternator to the tightness I felt before taking everything apart. Try to err on the loose side, then if after a few days you hear sqealling from the engine tighten the belt JUST A LITTE. too tight and you'll wreck the new pump you just put in (again - ask me how I know...)
