A little bit of oil gets past the turbo seals. A little bit of oil gets into the system from the crankcase ventilation. Look at it this way - there is no reason for that oil to leave. So a very little bit of oil builds up over time. Now, if you had studiously cleaned out those fittings just last week, and they were all oily now, it would be a concern. But if it's taken years to build up that oil film, well, No Worries, Mate.
