The combination of ABS and Brake Fluid lights means that the ABS pressure is low. Again, normal for this first thing in the morning. We all have trouble getting pressure up as we age.
If you start up the car, don't move the car, wait for the brake fluid light to go out, and the ABS light stays on, then the ABS is failing the self test. The self test checks the sensor resistances against each other, and the speeds against each other. Since the car isn't moving, the speed test isn't doing it. When you say resistance tests, are you testing the resistance of the sensors? That would be my second test. My first test? Reseat every ABS connector - that's the sensor connectors, and the big harmonica connector on the ABS controller.
The ABS controller has to be read out separately - it's not part of the ECU. Typically this will take a dealer.
