The first thing to try is bending the base contacts up on the bulb holders so they make better contact with the printed circuit film on the back of the instrument cluster. Not the holding prongs, but the contacts that sit in the bulb holder base ridge slots.
If that doesn't work, you might have melted dimples into the back of the instrument panel, because you have been using 5 watt #194 bulbs instead of the OEM 3 watters. These dimples can be filled with JB weld. The proper way to do this would be to pull the instrument cluster, but it can be done through the speaker hole. I did it using a mirror and a toothpick with a blob of JBweld. You have to get used to working backwards with the mirror to accurately sneak the blob behind the film into the dimple!
Be sure to use 3 watt bulbs or the cooler LED conversions.
