It took a lot more than the "60 minutes" claimed in the instructions, but it was worth every minute. It was relatively easy to install with the wheel removed, but not necessary. It just took time getting everything tight and straightened perfectly.

Wheelskins now makes a perforated leather (call it Euro-Perf) along with the original and you can combine the two whatever way you want when you order. I bought the original black on top and bottom with perforated black on the left and right sides.

The perf on the sides also looks better fitting over the spokes since the thread holes look like the perf pattern, so no "dummy stitch" needed. Nice result.

The thicker grip now really fills up my hands and just feels great. Can't wait to test drive it tomorrow. This is what a leather wheel should feel like! Thanks to those who recommended!
