This morning, drove my 1988 900 Turbo Conv about 15 miles, no issues.

Started it up an hour or so later, drove about 6 miles, no issues.

At a light, the trans didn't 'want' to go into 1st (car at a standstill), but I clutched again and it went in. When I let out the clutch to start, the car started bucking like crazy and it popped out of first. Clutch again, force (no grinding) the car into first, hold it there, more bucking when I let the clutch out. By this time the car was rolling a bit, so I shifted to 2nd, started low revs, but no issues. 2 thru 5 shift fine.

Reverse was a little tricky, too. Some lurching, but not so bad that it wasn't drivable.

Give it to me straight...
