It can be really tricky to drill and extract that bolt due to lack of space.
If you haven't done several of those extraction before (like broken exhaust manifold studs) it might be better to find a Saab indy shop to help you.
The trick I'm using is to use a very small drill first (less than 1/8") to create a pilot hole in the center of the bolt.
By using a small drill I have more chances to move the hole around over the surface of the bolt to center it as good as possible before drilling to deep.
Using a mirror to study the centering is a must.
After the pilot hole is satisfactory, I use a 1/8" drill and only sink it to about 1/4" depts.
Than I insert the extractor tap and hopefully manage to work the bolt out.
My guesstimate is that it would take about 1 hour or less if everything works out good.
If the bolt is jammed into the bottom of the hole before it broke, it might not be possible to get it out.
