You cannot re-use the fabric. The headliner falls because the foam backing on the fabric disintegrates. You can get tan fabric with the foam backing which is similar. I had mine recovered in tan by a shop for <100.00. I did remove it from the car for them. It was less hassle getting that done than to do it myself and I thought the price was reasonable. If you cannot find similar material, find an upholstery shop and see if you can get the material there (or see how much they would charge to do it).
