A common problem that every Saab owner I've known has dealt with. Call around for new or gently used liners - I've seen them for $150 for my 9000.
I decided to do it myself - a fairly simple task, about a 1-2 hour job (takes a little longer if you have to trim around a sun roof). Headliner fabric cost me about $12 at a local fabric shop - color is pretty darn close to the original. The 3M spray adhesive works great...the problem is that the previous residue is almost impossible to get scraped off completely, which means the new one will be sagging again in another couple years. That's whether you do it yourself or take it to a pro.
While I was at it, I went ahead and replaced the door panels also. Used a chocolate leather instead of the fabric (matching my seats) & they look great. But it was a little more involved and somehow the panel isn't going back on very well, slightly loose. Any suggestions on that would be appreciated.
