You really should do this yourself.
Spark plugs are easy and cost about $2 each from site sponsors. The current plugs might be fine and only need to be regapped. Replace dist rotor and cap only with OEM parts.
Timing takes 5 minutes provided that your have a $25 inductive timing light(I don't think they even sell the old in line timing lights anymore). Simply hook the inductive timing light clip around the #1 sprk plug wire, connect to the battery and point the light down at the rectangular timing slot above the flywheel. Set to 16 Degrees BTDC. It helps to paint some white-out on the 16 degree mark to see it better. With engine off, push car forward in 5th gear to rotate the flywheel to find the scribed marks.
Replace air filter if dirty and fuel filter only if it hasn't been done in +50k miles or so. Clean out throttle body with carb spray.
Change oil, oil filter.
Change trans lube. Redline MTL make shifting nice and smooth.
Good to flush brake fluid. A $40 pressure bleeder makes this a snap. Only trick is not to snap off the brake bleeder screws at the calipers. Give each a shot of pentetrant the night before you flush the fluid. A small impact driver(Sears $30) works well to unfreeze these valves if they don't loosen easily after penetrant. If they snap the most practical solution is to replace the caliper with a rebuilt unit.
Flush out cooling system, replace thermostat and refill with Mercedes antifreeze and distilled water.
These last items are not likely to be included in the so called tuneup that usually includes plugs, rotor, cap and timing reset.
