RS makes a key suggestion. Remove a spark plug when you are having the warm start problem. I'll bet it's wet, and your engine is flooding when warm. When the engine cools off, the plugs are dry and the richer mixture is tolerated and the car starts.
So why is there too much fuel when warm? Your engine has a temp sensor on the head(intake side)that signals the ECU to provide more fuel when cold. If this sensor is bad, it can fail to reduce fuel supply when the engine is warm and flood the engine every time your try to start. This sensor is easy to replace. Jim at sobstory(site sponsor 800-583-0370) has them and can talk you through the replacement.
You said you had spark, so it's probably not an ignition issue. Double check spark when you have the no start condition. If no spark and if the spark plugs are dry, then you might have a bad ignition module. Sometimes these don't work right when hot. In this case you would have a no spark condition. The ECU needs a signal from the ignition to close the fuel pump relay to provide fuel. The module is on the outside of the driver side inner fender liner.
To see if the fuel pump works, simply jump fuse 27 to 30 with a piece of wire- engien off. You will hear the pump buzzing. This test bypasses the fuel pump relay and wil run the pump even if the relay and/or ECU are not working correctly.
