I asked the seller a few questions and got a response in case anyone is interested...

I asked:
The top looks a little worn and thin in some places. Does it leak? There's nothing worse than this model with a wet seat. I've also heard that some Saabs have a problem with rear sag. Does this model have a sagging rear? Is this a turbo model? If so, is the turbo still strong enough to reach full boost? How about brakes? Does it take much effort, or does it go on breaks easily?

Their response:
These are excellent questions, and I thank you for the opportunity to answer thses questions for everybody. The top is thin in a few places, but does get the job done, and is all factory equipment, not the cheap aftermarket stick-on version. Leaking is not an issue; all of the seals and hydraulics are well tight and undamaged. Seat shows no evidence of wetness after first 2-3 years this model was available - these are very well known for rear seat leakage in the first 2-3 years, but then usually stop leaking on their own until they're ready for the boneyard. So far, this one has no rear sagging issues either - although the rear cover has never been removed in the dealership where I could see it, everything under the rear and seat area looks to be firm and undamaged. No turbo on this one, though it sometimes does have that whine like you'd expect from a Turbo, so you might be able to pass it off as such. Brakes are amazing - you will rarely see this one with a stop & brake problem
