Looking at the site, it's a capacitor. Basically that makes it a high pass 1st order passive crossover. This means the highs get through, the lows don't. The x-over slope is 6db/octave.
They offer some different frequencies, meaning different capacitor values.
You could calculate your own and put them in line using this: http://ccs.exl.info/calc_cr.html
Don't use crappy electrolytic capacitors. Get polystyrenes, polyprops, or foil wound jobs.
