You're gonna have to jack up that side of the engine, block it good and crawl under there to tighten the clamps on the pump. It'll be obvious when you see it. And very accessable when looking at it from beneath. Hopefully all it needs is tightened. But if the hose is cracked from someone overtightening it beyond it's limit, then you'll have to cut off the bad section (sometimes all it needs is to be cut back 1/2 inch) and reconnect to the pump. If tightening that pump hose is all you need, you're lucky indeed. Have you flushed out and replaced the old fluid lately? Best thing you can do to an aging rack unit. Then again, there is the SAAB continuum to worry about...
