Go to a sewing store and get an "Upholstery needle" and the heaaviest thread they stock. The bottom covers come off in about 20 minutes the first time, 5 the second. There are a number of black mettal clips on the front ab rear seat supports, (underneath) that you can pop off with a srewdriver. The sides have a metal bar that fit into a couple of holes in the side support. pop them out of the holes, then work the covers off gently. Take them inside and stitch the seams back together using the original holes i the leather. Put the covers back on....
