In addition to gorper's advice ... if you can get your hands on a 13-mm crowfoot flare wrench, you can put it on an 8" or 12" extension and work the flare nut on the master cylinder with a ratchet. That gives you some extra leverage on the flare nut and you don't have to mess with an open-end wrench in that tight space. If you have a wobble extension, it can make it a little easier to fit the crowfoot onto the flare nut - the angle isn't the best for access.
