Also, there's a circlip on either side of the bearing. Take them both out.
As Russell said, the inner race may stick to the hub when you press the hub out, destroying the old bearing. You'll then have to remove the inner race from the hub with a puller, and then press the outer race out of the steering member.
One time I had a helluva time getting the outer race out. I tried heat, then penetrating oil, then heat again, etc, and it wouldn't come out with the press. Eventually I heated it up good and hot then dropped the whole thing in a bucket of cold water. The race almost fell out by itself. The outer race should press in/out of the steering member without too much force, if it's not corroded. Remember to use some grease when pressing the new bearing into the steering member.
Also, as Russell also said, it is critically important to support the inner race when pressing in the hub -- don't make the rollers in the bearing take any of the pressing force or you will ruin your new bearing.
