It could also be that the rubber bushing that holds the PCV bayonet into the plastic turbo duct has a small wear spot right where it goes through the duct. My '89 SPG had a similar miss on the first accel of the day. When I replaced that piece, the power drop almost disappeared. When I replaced the rest of the rubber bushings that hold the vacuum nipples into the intake manifold and valve cover, it went away entirely.
