I've had the same thing happen- first put the clutch in two years ago, bled it then, nothing bad.
This summer I ended up throwing on three calipers and a master cylinder. After I opened the clutch line and bled it, I was terrified of the dark, dark brown liquid that came out. I'd thought the master or slave seals were bad. Not the case. I think it's due to the U-shaped path the clutch fluid line takes- it's such a small amount of the fluid and all it does is go back and forth through the same channel all the time since it doesn't move enough to be mixed back in at the reservoir. Better to learn these things before it kills a major part, eh?
Owner's manual specs: change brake fluid (and therefore clutch fluid) every two years. Change coolant every other year, or annually if using non-Saab coolant. Aluminum heads will corrode without corrosion protection from fresh coolant, and that protection eases with time.
