I assume you still had the engine in the car while doing clutch?
I don't think you could have gotten enough swing down there between the radiator and shaft to do any damage.
The tip of clutch shaft is blunt enough to not go in and damage the seal of the bearing and it takes alot of force to actually dent the bearing race.
It is a slight chance that you moved the bearing backwards further into the flywheel but you also have the crank shaft behind so the bearing cannot fall out of the flywheel, it only backs up against the crank plane.
