Are you sure it is a fuel problem? I did a turbo swap on my 88 C900T. In doing so I managed to knock off a wire on the coil. It would not start. Took me a few min to figure out what was wrong. I know you say it try’s to start witch would rule this out. But I would check all the Ing. System wires just to be sure. Only takes a min. I would also check spark. One thing to keep in mind is a flooded plug may spark out of the engine but under compression will not. This way you know for sure you have a fuel problem.
If above is ok I would.
Turn the key to run without starting the car. Wait a few sec and then turn it off. Then go to the fuel rail and open one end. You should get a squirt of fuel (watch out it can get in your face). If you have good fuel presser what does the fuel smell like? Old gas has a smell that is hard to miss. Gas starts to brake down in about 90 days after buying it. In an old type fuel system it take some time before this becomes a big problem (I work on model T’s and A’s when not playing with airplanes or Saabs). But in a complex fuel system (compared to a model T) like Mutl Port Injection can be very sanative to bad fuel. I had a motorcycle with DFI and any hint of bad fuel and that thing was unridable. It can plug the 2 fuel pumps in the tank, plug the injectors, or fail the FPR. Could also cause other problems too.
Hope this gives you a place to start.
