That danged swaybar. It's in just the wrong place for every kind of move you have to make around the steering rack.
That's a neat tool that you used.
I picked up a wheel alignment gauge from Harbour Freight Tools a while ago. It has a really crude dial that sort of tells you how much you have to adjust the tie rods. I tried to be vigilant about the locknut distance, but I ended up being waaay off. It was so late by the time I aligned it that it was a quickie job - the steering wheel is 90 degrees off. "Tonight, tonight, I'll align the car tonight" (Apologies to Leonard Bernstein.)
Man, that Momo wheel must be nice.
