The crankshaft changed with engine number H 004433 (mid 87) and then again in 91.
It might be that the 91 and up crank can be fitted in a late 87 engine and up but not vice versa.
I cannot say for sure by looking just at the part numbers if an later 87 (original) crank will fit right in into a 91.
What I'm suspicious about is the lenght of crank where the crank pulley sits.
91 and up changed the threads of the crank pulley bolt and also they installed a spacer between the bolt and crank pulley.
