Two vacuum hoses come thre the firewall an the drivers side, then split off under the dash. With the hood open, you can trace the two from the firewall forward. You will need to remove console and lower dash pad to get to the inside. One set goes to the boost gauge and to the overboost switch. I just addressed a hiss by bypassing the overboost switch cause it has a torn diaphram. While I had the lower dash off I changed all vacuum hoses on the drivers side, including the other set that goes to the cruise control, and including the two feeds through the firewall. The other vacuum on the pass side feeds the heater vent controls, which is another beast.
