Thanks Chris for the link. I don't think that's the problem though.I had a tech put in some trans stuff he said would help, but it didn't really help much. Just before the tranny problems my idler pully bushing was squeking really bad and then the bolt on the lower end of it busted and off flew the belt while driving 75 on the interstate. The car did some overheating alittle before I got to pull over and call for a tow to the dealer.I was told the shifting problem has something to do with the upper part of the tranny, but I still don't understand what is the problem.
Does anyone have info or knows what I'm talking about because I don't. And can anything else be done besides replacing the transmission ?
