I finally got around to replacing my front hydraulic engine mount on my '92T. Now, it's like I'm driving a completely different car. Vibration and noise are way down, shifting is smoother, and power comes on cleaner. The entire exhaust system is my next step.

A couple of notes on the job: I hate those cooling fan shroud mounting screws! My driver side fan is now held on with just one screw because the others broke off. I was able to remove the top screws of the other fan and just rotate it out of the way leaving the bottom screw in. Also, I had to jack the front of the motor up higher than I would've liked, about 2-3" off the mount to get the mount out without removing the radiator. This made me very uncomfortable about the prospect of collateral damage. Is everyone else removing the radiator to do this job?
