I got the cheapest mount from eEuroparts, 7545668A, aftermarket, $39.50.
My procedure: I removed the hood. I jacked the motor at the oil drain bolt, pulled the turbo to intercooler pipe, put a bag over the turbo, and pulled the bolts from the mount. Then I jacked the engine up some more and found that the mount wouldn't clear the fan shrouds. So I pulled the intercooler and unmounted the coil (rolling it over the radiator crossmember with wires still attached) to make room to pull the driver side fan. Then I found I couldn't jack the motor high enough because of the other fan shroud, so I pulled that fan (mostly) and rotated it out of the way. Then I jacked the motor a little higher and pulled the mount out, dropped the new mount in, and lowered the motor. Installation is reverse of removal (but less guessing).
If I valued my current exhaust system, I would've loosened up the bolts by the cat before I jacked the motor. My exhaust doesn't seem any different, so I guess there's no need to mess with it. I was a bit worried about my shift rod getting bent, I did nothing to it and its working fine so I guess nothing's required there.
And since I already had an 82° thermostat and 82° thermo fan switch new in the boxes, I dropped those in while I was in the area.
