Hey, that's me!
What I meant to say was that the classifieds are the venue for swapping parts on the site. If this were not enforced the entire BB would coagulate with for-sale and "Hey look at my great auctions on eBay!" notices, which is not the purpose of the BB. I've seen many forums and bulletin boards degrade to that, and quickly, that nobody bothers to show up again. I do not want to see that happen to this forum; maybe just my wording was too harsh.
I'm sorry if I offended you; that was not my intent. I hope that we both can continue to use this forum.
I've just finished buying convertible parts from someone on the classifieds, and I didn't buy the rear seat, so why not check with them? It's around two-thirds of the way down the page. Many folks there have parts cars laying around. Or, like me, you are a "junkyard runner" who will look for a part at a local 'yard for someone for the purpose of working together to achieve.. the best car you can get.
Again, sorry if I came down too hard. Let's move on, shall we?
