Russel, this is the easiest instal you got.
2 relays. 2 fuses for the power. Run each relay off the light you want to power it. There are electrical connectors that have a needle inside them. You clamp the connector off the wire you want to power it. The connect that wire to the relay. Make sure you are on the UPSTREAM side of the lightbulb so you have sufficient voltage to power the relay. On the power side, just run a fuse to the relay. I ran the power from the passenger side fusable link thing with the bolts securing the battery "hot" wires to the rest of the wiring harness.
For your application I would make a second box and mount it to the front rad support or next tot he stock fusebox area. When I installed a second set of fogs with a seperate switch on my old SPG, I ran a seperate relay and hid it inside the stock fusebox to keep it dry.
