I assume it's an 8V turbo without an electronic AMM.
Our old `85 would start hard in damp weather due to plug wires shorting out through the insulation to the valve cover. But since you have healthy sparks maybe they are not firing at the right time. Has the distributor worked loose?
Mercifully, the computer's don't fail so often. Try the carb spray into the intake to see if it will run momentarily. (Not too much or you'll burn stuff)
IIRC, there are two pressure sw's under the dash, the overpressure and the pressure transducer. They are accessible from under the dash, but not easily. Alternative is to remove upper and lower dashes, but don't do that. It's a whole day's work. When my overpressure switch failed, though, it caused me to only have base boost, the car would run fine, otherwise.
