Frozen Rear Brake Caliper

With the first real cold spell and snowfall of the year hitting us in central New York, the rear brake caliper on my 1992 Saab 900S froze on (I think it is the parking brake that froze, since everything was fine yesterday before I parked the car. The car is forced to live outside as I don't have a garage.). I can feel that the passenger side rear caliper is frozen on, but am not sure about the driver's side. I can move the car, but as soon as you go to coast with the clutch in, the car comes to a stop rather quickly, so I am assuming that the caliper is frozen on quite tightly. The calipers, rotors, and parking brake cables are also all brand new. Anyone have any suggestions for freeing the brakes?
