Gary is correct on the temporary fix. However, as soon as you pull the e-brake handle, it will probably hang up again. You can try giving the e-brake shaft that goes into the caliper a shot of penetrant and working the lever back and forth. If it frees up, you're good for awhile longer, but I have found that once they start hanging up, the caliper needs replacement or a rebuild.
Some have rebuilt or cleaned up the inner workings of the caliper. The ebrake mechanism is behind the piston, so you remove the piston to get access. IMO it's more practical to replace the caliper with a rebuilt one. Jim at site sponsor sobstory 800-583-0370 has good quality rebuilt units. When you remove the caliper, plug the brake fluid line with a special tool(golf tee), so you don't drain the system. Then when you put the new caliper on, all you have to do is turn on the ignition(con't start engine) and the ABS pump will bleed the new caliper. The job is easy diy and takes under an hour, even the first time.
