Up until 86-87 Saab was using a flexible hose that was held in place by two crimp collars.
They changed the design due to leaks to a hard plastic hose that is pushed onto barbed fittings and have a protective sleeve covering the plastic hose.
That new style hose never leaks if it has not been damage by something (like the A/C compresssor bracket).
You might be able to find the new style hose on a junk yard or buy it from the dealer.

If you look for a used one, don't get it from a 1990 and up non turbo, they are different but look very similar.
