Factory screws are standard metric 6 mm thread, available in stainless at any old-fashioned hardware store if there are any left in your area. My advice if you don't have the original factory screws or if the Torx holes are really loosened up is get stainless steel socket head cap screws (for metric Allen wrench) or else standard 10 mm hex head stainless bolts and future removal won't be a problem. Also, oil the threads and run them in and out several times till they turn easily. This is important and good advice to anyone with an older car, it crumbles and flushes out the rust that builds on these threads in northern states and that makes removing them and installing new plates snug a real pain.
Don't use standard plated steel or black-finish fasteners, they'll rust to unremovable.
Saab dealer can probably order the original screws, at a steep price, but isn't likely to have any in stock. Your local independent Saab service shop probably can come up with a few of these, used, from a corner somewhere if you must have Saab screws.
(Why didn't they put nylon blocks in the body instead of steel threads?)
