The "limited budget" clause spooked me. Time and some money will keep that bumbler running. Not a lot of money, but at least 2 grand if your a DIY type, and it would help immensely if you have a car parts yard nearby with a few Saabs. Not that the 2 grand would be spent all at once, but over the course of at least a year. I saved an 82T from death back in 2000 and after approximately 2 to 3 thousand spent since then, it's running in top shape. Doing all the labour and maintenance is how I keep the costs down, and I have several car part recycle yards near me.
