To switch from the green stuff to Zerex G05, how critical is it to remove every last speck of the old stuff? My indie was concerned, and I did not read the label on the Zerex after seeing so many recommendations here.
Seems like draining the rad and block, fill w/ water, circulate then drain again would be good enough?
But then this indie frowns on any and all performance enhancements or deviations from factory, so I should have expected some flack.
