As mentioned, there is one big bolt behind the ash tray and two 10mil nuts (one at each end) accessed from the engine side near the door jams.
Start with the ash tray (4 torx screws and a 10 mil bolt). The 10 mil bolt screws into a larger bolt. Take it out. Pull the rubber piece between the console and the shifter console. I think it's worth unbolting the shifter console to gain a little more room (two screws under the shift boot and two screws under the rear ashtray). The lower console has two screws near the shifter. If there's an EQ/CD player in the lower console, take it out (including the cage). You might be able to get the console out now, but might have to unscrew the plastic front from the carpeted rear section (4 screws).
Now when you take out the two nuts from the engine side the lower dash will come out.
When you put the lower dash back on, note the tabs on the dash that fit slots in the lower dash. Install the big center bolt first. A helper is useful to hold the thing in place.
Be patient.
