I'm amazed that they fail you when the timing is off by 2 degrees. When i lived in CA they didn't hook up a timing light. Double check rotor to be 1000 ohm between tip and center conductor. If Zero ohms, it's burned through.
I think the lower temp thermostat might help, and maybe keep the fans running via A/C. Finally, 30 lb injectors across the board will be too rich without a resistor in the orange AMM wire. BTW, I had 24 lbs and still tended to run lean. One 30 lb might be worth a try, but I'm skeptical. I would try a bottle of techron to clean the injectors of any crud that might restrict flow. Pitted fuel pump relay might be reducing fuel pressure a tad. If you had a RRFPR, you could try uppping th pressure a tad, or how bout a 3.0 from a NA 900? Finally, there might be something wrong with your AMM, they are strange beasts.
