What paint Saab used is not published info as far as I know. They used to use glasurit in the old days(up to the 1980's), but what system they use now is unknown. But all that doesn't matter anyway, cus the new paint systems are way better than what they used in the 90's.
We have a PPG mixing system at work(basecoat/clearcoat), and we use the "formula" to mix the paint, but the guy who paints also tweaks every color to get a pefect match. 95% of the stuff we do is collision work, which only requires painting a few panels on each job, so matching paint is critical. We usually just blend the basecoat(color), then clearcoat the whole panel. Perfect match every time.
Talladega Red is PPG #73445. The info on the computer tells us how much of each ingredient to add based on weight.
