I think that some alignment machines unload the suspension while the sensors are hooked up and then the car is put back down on its wheels, without a driver or weight in the front seat, so it doesn't settle in normal driving level. The toe in is then set with the suspension slightly elevated. Toe in changes when the suspension travels up and down.
I would just recenter the wheel by either of the methods I described, unless there is a "lead" or pull to one side as you drive down the road. If it leads, I would get it realigned.
