OK, that narrows it down considerably.
It's probably not connections at the battery, because you get lights and blower. Those suck a decent amount of current. It wouldn't hurt to measure battery voltage when trying to start - do it this way - measure the voltage on the battery POSTS - I expect that not to change when you try to start the car. Now, measure at the battery clamps, and try again. If you see the same 12+ volts on the clamps when you try and start the car then the battery and connections are good.
I'd make sure the cable connections from the battery to alternator to starter are OK. Make sure the ground on the engine is at chassis ground.
If all that's OK, I'm going to guess either the ignition switch or the starter solenoid. Lacking a click, I'm going for the ignition switch.
