Tyler, The squealing sound is the anguished cry of your alternator trying to keep up with the enormous load.
The stock alternator only puts out 80 amps. When your sub maxes out, it can demand 66 amps at peak load.
Even though it doesn't constantly need that much, there is precious little left over to run all the other loads and charge the battery.
V-belts stretch quite a bit right after installation. They should be checked and re-adjusted after 10 or 20 hours of service. If they weren't
re-adjusted they could be glazed or worn undersized already. Your alt. pulley may be worn and unable to grip the sides of the belts.
The symptoms are worse right after start-up because the battery (ballast) does not have enough capacity to supply the peak loads and the alt.is called upon to supply maximum output, causing the loose belts to squeal.
After the battery has charged for a while, the alt. isn't called upon for max output, so, it won't squeal.
If these loads going to be your norm, you need a 115 amp alternator. Get one from a 9000 and change the pulley.
Insure that your battery is fully charged. An overnight charge, once a month, at 2 or 3 amps will keep your battery fat and happy. Check it with a hydrometer.
Remove your battery terminals and make sure they are shiney/clean. The same for the posts and ground connections. Check the black groud wire on the alternator.
