If the car had been sitting, and then only idled for 10 minutes, I wouldn't get anxious until the engine had been run at speed for a bit.
Yes, white smoke is a sign of a head gasket leak. But the car has been sitting a bit, and I'll make the assumption that it may have been cold in your area. You probably built up a lot of moisture and condensation in the intake and exhaust system. After 10 minutes of running, you might have gotten the exhaust just hot enough to burn off moisture collecting in the resonator/muffler.
I'd take it out for a spin, and let it get warm. If the tank isn't full, treat it to a fill-up; anything less than a full tank encourages condensation in the tank, and water in the gas. If after a drive the problem persists, then start to worry. Otherwise, I'd just put it down to a slow wake-up after a long nap.
