...which you CAN pull up but which will leave traces behind that you'll need to remove from paint and also from spoiler, and which you'll need to replace (a 3M product, but there might be a dealer kit that fits perfectly) on reattaching it, or else water won't flow correctly and you risk rust at attaching screw holes and elsewhere under spoiler, and also water in trunk.
Looking at one I pulled from a junkyard car, there apparently was a strip of attaching tape all along the lead (top) edge, and also round spots of tape at each screw hole, and there are plenty of those.
The lead edge is also meant to be tucked just under the lip of the hatch window gasket so water flows onto it and not under it, and it needs to go under this lip on reattaching.
There is a hole at each side meant to drain standing water, that leads to a channel underneath the spoiler, and those holes need to be kept clear of debris.
It could as Justin van A says also have molding glue under it, if someone before you has had it up or if it has been flopping. That stuff is a mess to get off.
